For our founding clients (a small number per niche while we build out proof), nothing to start, no setup fee, no card details. We build and fund the system ourselves. If it doesn't produce a result within the first month, you owe nothing. If it works, we ask for a short case study and talk through a fair way to keep it running long-term. We'll walk you through exactly what that looks like on the call. Once we've filled our founding client spots, new clients move straight to standard project pricing plus a monthly retainer.
Most tools in this space are templated widgets bolted onto your CRM, sending the same message at volume. What we build is researched against your exact brief, inbox or prospect list, checked before it acts, and improved as it runs. Same category, different execution.
Only what's needed to run the system, nothing sold or reused elsewhere. Where outreach is involved, every email carries a clear opt out, and opt outs are honoured immediately through a suppression list. We keep this discipline non negotiable.
